The Hondo Shovel Nose Hydro,
The Charger Hydro,
The Eliminator Daytona,
The 3/8s Hondo Runner Bottom in 1973, possibly the first runner bottom,
The first T-deck for Hondo in 1974, called the GT deck.

Lance Faulkner

Lance began Racing Super Stocks in 1992 following in the footsteps of his Father and brother. He was comfortable in any class of boat he drove and could wring the last bit of performance from it.

A few of his many racing accomplishments include: numerous National and World speed and Divisional titles, a three-time inductee into the prestigious Powerboat Hall of Champions and President of Super Stock Racing Series.

Harold Hannaman

Harold Hannaman of Baldwin Park, Calif. built boats in the '60s that had the "bubble" in front of the steering wheel - called a "Halroy". He is still in the fiberglass business in Irwindale, Calif. (Hannamann Fiberglass Products). Harold and his son raced Enduros in the early '60s, especially the Parker 9hr. Enduros. They also built a two-engined "Hydro" for the 9hr. using two different make of engines.

Matt Culbert

Owner/builder/driver of the BADLANDS drag hydro #239.

Matt built more than one BADLANDS and they were either injected or blown. Matt raced these boats on the West coast in the 1970's, Firebird and Marine Stadium were two of his regular venues.

Lou Gehrig's disease took Matt's life while he was still young.

Wow, what a find. Very interesting to read this. I am Greg Remy, Gail Remy's second child. I grew up at the NDBA races and, of course, we have lots of the regalia laying around. I have a stunning shot of Dad in Crucifier III which I will work to post (shot from crane).
